10月1日から10月10日まで韓国で開催される第20回釜山国際映画祭「ミッドナイト・パッション部門」に正式招待され、ワールドプレミア上映が決定している、内藤瑛亮監督による映画「ライチ☆光クラブ」。本映画祭のオープニングセレモニーとレッドカーペットに、ヒロイン・カノン役の中条あやみと美少年“ジャイボ”役の間宮祥太朗が参加予定だったが、悪天候の影響で予定していたフライトが5時間の遅延、ソウルからの国内線へ振り返るも、釜山行きの国内線が欠航し、列車移動を余儀なくされた。
映画祭からの招待になんとか報いたいと、キャスト、スタッフ一丸となって釜山を目指し、オープニングセレモニー終盤にギリギリ滑り込む形で参加が叶った。決死の思いで会場にたどりついた中条と間宮らが訞5��撮影をしていると、彼らを見つけた韓国の映画ファンたちが「あやみちゃん！ 」「間宮くん！ 」と駆け寄り、とり囲まれる一幕も。中条と間宮は、倍以上の時間をかけてようやくたどり着いたという安堵感と、韓国のファンの暖かい声援に感謝していた。
初めての国際映画祭で、念願のレッドカーペットデビューは叶わなかったものの、壮絶な1日を乗り越え、俳優として一生忘れられない思い出になったようだ。
